I have just tried to print off boarding passes for flight to Tenerife on 31/12/15 and had difficulties as my trip was not showing in my account. I rang your premium number and was told that there were lots of people having problems accessing their bookings through the website.
I cleared my browsing history and it would still not work. The person that was dealing with my query just said. Thank you and put the phone down. This is the worst customer service that I have encountered in a long while.
