Dear Michael
I have wanted to send an email for a while to say thank you for providing your amazing service at such fantastic prices.
I live in the UK and return home to Ireland to see my elderly mum. Even before you improved your customer services I thought your service was great and couldn't understand why people constantly moaned about Ryanair.
I just wanted to say thank you. You mAke my life easier when times are difficult.
