I'm writing to you with regard to an ongoing dispute we have with your customer service department.
Our latest response from a Cian Lawless, at the customer service team has failed to acknowledge our concerns. There are two outstanding issues.
The first is an incorrect refund to the wrong bank account and the second is for a none payment of a taxi fare.
