On the 23th of februry 2017 beacuse of the Storm Doris me and other people missed the flight from London Stansted to Bucharest. I was first in the queue to get the ticket for the next flight. A lady from Ryan Air ticket desk asked me to pay £ 100 but after in the plane the people around me and in the same situation told they received their tickets for free. So want I would like to do is just to get my £ 100 back beacuse I payd them by lady from ticket desk misteake.
Please help me in this situation
