Dear Michael
Thank you you so much for providing your wheelchair service. I recently had my gall bladder removed and knew I couldn't manage the walk from the Tarmac to the car park at Stansted. The staff who provided the service were absolutely fantastic, kindness itself.
Many people are very quick to knock the service you provide, but despite being a younger person of 67 and feeling ' a little bit of a fraud' I could not have manage the long walk.
So Michael, cheers for the fabulous service both in the air and on the ground.
