Dear Michael, This is personal message on behalf of our whole family. On saturday 9th December your flight FR 6834 had to divert to Bergamo due to a medical emergancy...My Mother in law Candida Mezzulo Betti suffered a TIA during the flight...My father in law Gaetano asked me to try and personally than you and all your staff who he says from what he can remember were excellent ..Everyone was very caring and professional. These things happen !.
I flew to Milan to rescue them on Flybe (shouldnt mention that )....I came back on this saturday Ryanair of course from Naples to Manchester....I have brought one litre of Gaetanos own olive oil pressed from his own olives..The real Virgin Olive oil...If possible send me an address so that i can post it to you.
