A McCormick sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
Dear Michael, we have flown many times with Ryanair, never experienced delays due to cabin baggage, always been due to incompetance in laoding the aircarft with passengers, flew with Delta out of Charlotte this year, mocked the staff in my mind with little paddles at the boarding gate however, 280 passengers boarded with hand luggage(some with two taking the Mick) in less than 14 minutes, you are ripping off your customers and you know it, lets hope they dont vote with their feet! Regarding Brexit...... pull out of the UK if you dare, the vacuum will be filled in an instant, I would put my life savings on it, for the future we shall be looking more closely into who we fly with regarding all the little extras airlines are adding, to rip off their customers.
