Dear Michael, would you not reconsider taking back the London Stansted to Derry route. I travelled with Ryanair for years with no problems along the way. BMI Regional have now taken over this route , they are unreliable, use a skeleton staff, their planes are small, noisy and crappy I have to wear flats when travelling as not to bump me head on the roof. The overhead lockers are a joke - if you travel with a washbag your ok, everything else is put in the hold and left at the bottom of the steps to collect when you get off, causing even more delay waiting on the tarmac for them to do this. Dont even get me started on their fares - talk about taking the hand!! I will now travel to Belfast and travel down to Derry by car as why should I pay through the nose for such a shocking service.! Please, please come back to Derry, we - or indeed I, miss you!!!!
