Im very disappointed, in March 2017 we were delayed at Lamezia airport for over 4 hours, I subsequently put in a claim accordance with Article 7 of EU Regulation 261/2004, Im still waiting to receive payment, I have made many call and sent numerous emails have been promised payment by a certain date which comes and goes, my last correspondence assured me that I would receive payment in 10 days, that has still not occurred, I was told on the letter and I quote “We are terribly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay of the payment” this has been a great inconvenience and continues to be an inconvenience to me and have I have spent more time on this than I should be!
