Elizabeth Watts sent a message to Michael OLeary - CEO, Ryanair - Email Address that said:
Dear Michael
I am very disappointed by the decision of your company to charge for groups of people - friends family to sit together on flights with an extra charge on your planes. This is a money making venture and is wrong as we recently paid £160 for three of us on top of our fares to sit together going to and coming back from Tenerife for our holiday. You promote yourselves as being a budget airline - theres nothing budget about this decision. My other concern is also for parents with children, the elderly and vulnerable adults all need to sit with their parents, carers etc, it is immoral to charge them for something that is essential to them all.
