more then three month ago, due to flight postponement of more then 3 hours, I had the opportunity to cancel my flights and get the money back. I just did so. Unfortunately Ryanair transferred the money back to my not longer-existing account. I sent you a formal letter of Commerzbank that they declined the money (785,92 EUR) and I gave you my new account details (including a scan of SEPA Card and a scan of my passport) so that you are able to transfer the money to my new account. Unfortunately nobody is able to identify the returned money on your account and send it to the correct account.
