I have been travelling with Ryanair for many years and am full of praise for the airline. Ive never been delayed or had a problem. But at the moment I am furious with your website which is causing huge problems with booking. Where is old website which was consumer friendly gone? It is impossible to book all my summer breaks. Unless the old website returns you will lose a lot of customers All my friends in their 60s go on many trips each year and you are in danger of losing them as we are all tearing our hair out trying to book with no success. All that comes up is a date with no choice of flights or prices. Please try it yourself and see how frustrating it is.
