Dear Michael,
I was so disappointed today.I booked a holiday for my family with Travel Republic.The flights they were using were Ryan air.I was thrilled to get an affordable week away as we are on a tight budget.We had saved for
ages and hadnt had a holiday in a very long time.
Thought everything was fine till I got an email saying Ryan air couldnt go ahead with the booking because two of us have the same name.Myself and my daughter are both called Ursula.I was down as Mrs Ursula lynch and she was down as Miss Ursula lynch.She was also down as a sixteen year old.I would have thought it was quite obvious it was two different people.When I got back on to them they said the price had gone up by 140 euro.I now have to cancel as that wouldnt be in my budget.I cant understand this. Im quite sure their are loads of families where the sibling is called after a parent. Im absolutely gutted by this.I hope you do something about this so other families wont find themselves in this situation.
