Kelvin sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel – email address that said:
Dear Miss Chua,
I have been a loyal customer of Singtel for a long time. However I am very disappointed with the way my order of iphone7+ is being handled. It is my 1st time to purchase an iphone and such things happen.
I made my register of interest for iphone 7+ and recieved the preorder message. On Friday i login into the preorder link given. Although I was able to submit and select the model iphone7+ 128 black, i was unable to proceed to appointment booking page. Later in the afternoon I revieve a message from Singtel that i am secured for a set of iphone7+. I made a call to 1688 to confirm that my set is secured. Anakin informed me do not have to worry and just wait for the next message for appointment booking. To my disappointment I did not recieve any message. When i called in again to 1688 I was told there was no stock reserved for me. I submitted my screenshot of the message to Mages and she claim will follow up. On Saturday I recieve a call telling me that I have to wait for next shipment of iphone7+. I called in again and am currently still waiting for someone to check and update me on the stock status.
I made an effort to call to check as i suspected that your server might fail me. But I was misinformed that a set is ready for me.
Singtel server clearly made a mistake and was unable to secure a set for me and has made it very inconveinent for me.
Please do assist to check on my case and refer to the number of times I had called in to 1688. I can attach the screenshot to you if required.
Please do get back to me ASAP.
Yours Sincerely
Kelvin
