Dear Miss Johnson I am a partially blind world war II and Korean – Abigail Pierrepont Abby Johnson email address

Kent sent a message to Abigail Johnson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:

Dear Miss Johnson,

I am a partially blind world war II and Korean veteran. I taught business finance at Fresno City College and Fresno State for 23 years.

My first trading of index options was with George and Co. many years ago. George then sold his company to E-Trade and I traded level 5 options with them at level 5 until the year 2010. I then open an account with your firm again at level 5 trading.

In 2014, I became very ill and with the help of my son closed out all options position at a very heavy loss. I did no options trading for about two years.

I began trading a small amount in 2016, but after a few months my account was suddenly blocked. My many telephone calls to Mr. Riedmatter were not return. No one would give me any answers. Then, Mr. Riedmatter sent me two threatening letters to close my account or he would close them.

I feel that I was very unfairly treated and that Mr. Riedmatter was misinformed and overly reacted.

THIS WAS NOT EXACTLY A NICE ....... "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE".

Sincerely Yours,

Kent
