Dear Mr Adderton,
I have been a loyal customer of yours since you began in 2000. In this past year I have not been pleased with the treatment of my account I have always had an unlimited plan .To my surprise threw company changes without notification I lost my unlimited international service as well as being kicked off the shrinkage plan that promised me a bill of 35$ that lasted 1year recently your representative s have lied to me saying it would be adjusted and to no avail it is still the same. Please sir w I uld you be so kind as to look into this matter . I am a legally blind and disabled woman who cannot afford the change in billing and would like to remain a loyal customer. I thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer to resolve this upsetting inconvenience
