Sir my issue started when I bought my phone from du on 30-JULY-2015 from Abu Dhabi business store and when I send my phone for service they inform me this mobile should not be UAE because as per Samsung register this device should be shipped outside GCC region. And since 3 days I am running after du service just to tell me what should I do and to whom I should go but unfortunately I am sorry to inform you that no one helped me. (everyone is saying will call you later). I am sorry but feel that someone lie to me and I really need solution because I can leave my work every day and waste my time to go to du service office without any result beside(we will call you)
