Dear Mr. Allman, You may have heard of my name because I have been in contact with one of your representatives about my Kraft Maid kitchen cabinets. There has been an on going issue since February 24th, 2016, when your representative did an on sight inspection. She agreed on 7 doors to be replaced. I gave her one of my original doors so they could match the color exact. Well, when they send me the doors, they were not the same color. I have Vanilla Bean which I understand they do not make that color anymore but I was told that your company would do a one time accommodation for me. Now, I was told, after all this time, I would have to deal with corporate and someone would contact me either by mail or phone. I am still waiting, but no phone call or mail. I am waiting on your decision as to what you will do for me. In the beginning they said they would replace all my doors and drawers, and as inviting as that sounded, I wanted to go with my original color since my kitchen is all in the beige and brown tones, and the new color would look too white against all. Not to my liking at all. There is much more to say, the story goes on and on, but I believe I have you the general idea. I still have boxes in my house with the replacement pieces not knowing what to do with them. I don't like keeping cardboard boxes in my house for a long length of time.
Please contact me and let me know what you are going to do to make me happy. I feel like I am being put on the back burner, and that you are hoping I change my mind, that is not going to happen,so please consider doing what I asked.
