Dear Mr. Anderson, this is Col Bill Black (USMC) and I\'m emailing regarding a home – Gerard M Anderson email address

Col Bill and Kimberly Black sent a message to Gerard M. Anderson Chief Executive Officer of DTE Energy Company Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Anderson, this is Col Bill Black (USMC) and Im emailing regarding a home that I own in Plymouth Twsp, MI. My primary residence is The Woodlands, TX. Recently, a neighbor at the MI address indicated that he and another neighbor seemed to have an issue with wrong billing/mixed billing for their respective condos. Suddenly, my condo is now involved and on one day I received an email from DTE indicating that under-billing of my condo occurred and then one day later I received an email indicating that I owe appx. $1,300. I disagree and would like very, very specific data to support this. I dont think its possible in that two other condos are involved and the "wires literally were crossed" according to a DTE technician. I do not live at my MI condo and visit sporadically, maybe one time per month or no visits per month. There is absolutely no way, with only the refrigerator plugged in, that I ran up an electric bill as indicated. I live in a 6,000 sq ft home in TX and the a/c and pool run 24/7 365 days/year and my monthly electric bill doesnt come close to what is indicated that I used in Plymouth Twsp. My wife, Kimberly, called the billing number indicated on the first letter from DTE and followed the process of leaving necessary information. The message on this DTE line indicated that someone would contact her within 48 hours. Three calls later and one week later, she has received no call. She filed a complaint per the DTE website. No response. So, what is one to do? I will not pay this bill as I believe strongly that it is someone elses bill/usage and cannot be mine as again, we do not live at the address in question. According to the neighbors involved, one has documented 20 phone calls to DTE with no resolve and the other says that DTE said to "be patient, were doing an audit". What I dont want is for my electric to be shut off for lack of payment, but I will not pay this bill because it is not mine. Kimberly disenrolled our account from auto pay so that we dont end up with an even bigger problem in that DTE withdraws money that I dont believe is theirs. I am your customer. I pay my bill on time to DTE and I expect DTE to respond in a timely manner, but that just doesnt seem to be the case. I am asking you to help resolve this issue.
