Dear Mr Auld,
I have been in my Dr. Horton home for a little over 11 months. Ever since the purchase of my home I have been dealing with a drainage issue behind my fence line. I have spoke to warrant, sales, builder all associated with the neighborhood to just be ignored. My neighbor next to me had proper rock bed placed behind there house to properly control the drainage of water. The only solution they provided for me a silt fence, which has not resolved the issue. I am deeply disappointed with how myself as a customer and how my issue has been treated. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
