Dear Mr. Auld,
I wanted to commend you on two of your sales managers. My family lost our home on 12/26/15 as a result of the tornado that hit Rowlett. We were definitely not in the market for a new house as we have a son with severe medical issues who underwent brain surgery just two years ago that we are still recovering from.
However, fate had a different path for us. And that path took us to two amazing women who work for you. Suzanne Via (Stone River) and Kim Roberts (Hidden Creek). While we don't necessarily want to move quite so far away from the Rowlett/Rockwall area because of doctor appointments, rehab, etc., we need something within our price point and these ladies have been AMAZING. It is obvious that they love what they do. I wanted to thank you for creating an environment where it is clear your employees feel so inspired to do the work they do.
If all goes well, I will be putting down a check tomorrow on a house that is currently being built and while the circumstances aren't the best, I sincerely look forward to joining the D.R. Horton family of homeowners.
