I received equipment from First Data Global Leasing, which I have never ordered and agreed to pay for.
I currently use Bank of America?s merchant services and I have owned my equipment since 2015.
I have tried to call the customer service number for First Data Global Leasing to correct this error. But no one seems to be able to help. Furthermore they are telling me that they have an agreement in file with my signatures. I requested a copy of it repeatedly. But no copy of an agreement has been sent to me. I believe this is a grave mistake as the letter I received with the equipment states that I am liable for 4 years of monthly payments for the lease of the equipment. I do not need this equipment and I am sending it back.
Please correct your records and send me confirmation of such. I'll be happy to provide the account number and further detail when I receive a reply from you. Thanks
