Diane sent a message to James T. Blackledge – President and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Blackledge,
I have an Atira credit card from Mutual of Omaha. The first card was stolen and I thought it was all straightened out because they closed it, refunded all the fraudulent charges and sent a new card. The Police told me to report it to the credit reporting agencies which i did. Now Aitira thinks I was reporting the new card. i have faxed the first affidavit, but now got a different one today. I will also send that one but i can not get anyone to understand that it was the original card that was stolen and reported not the new one. Very frustrated with the customer service because no one seems to know what i am talking about. Can your corporate office help me? They blocked the new card and my access to my account online. Terrible.
