Dear Mr. Boire,
In December 2015 I was in your ladies room at the Harvard Coop when as I was about to wash my hands the very old and heavy sink, with all the plumbing fell out of the wall on my foot. I use a walker and somehow I was able to push the sink enough so it didn't break my foot! I have a sprained hand and a very bad feeling about the way the Coop is managed. I had a lawer but am handling this myself now, It has been a year! When I spoke to the manager he said he thought it had been settled long ago. This isn't about medical bills but more about me and how devistating this was. Two days later I went back and there were 2 small new sinks in the restrooms. I'm ready to go to the Boston media.
