concerning the poor mailing materials which
have been employed by your company.
I still consider a book to be a valuable luxury
needing protection from the elements. Rather
than continue to rate your company with a poor
performance rating on the Internet, I thought I
would bring these issues to your attention and
to the attention of your employees.
