Dear Mr. Broussard,

My ex wife was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, it is incurable and was diagnosed by the best Doctors from MD Anderson center in Houston, TX.
The reason for my email, is my frustration with Humana and how in this time of grief and frustration, my ex wife is being caught in the administrative nightmare of Humana, and it feels that all Humana cares about is the yearly profits.
I would really appreciate an email back, or a phone call to show that human health and the well being of people matters more than your bottom line.
