M really hurt to I form you that I had purchased moto xplay 3 months back , and since then I m facing an issue in its ear speakers , as whenever I make a call or receive a call I had to make the phone on speaker to hear the voice , even several attempts of getting it rectified through it call support, I was unsuccessful. Request you to Intervene as being your loyal custmore I need at least a handset to use till the time it gets rectified (15 days-as per your service centres )- Or else get my handset changed.
