Dear Mr. Burdick: My Name is Lorri and I am the Administrator of Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Staten Island, NY. I am having a difficullt time with your claims dept and supervisor, Teyla in getting reimbursement for services provided to your members. All claims presented have authorization numbers for the dates of service and all other parts of the claim are "clean".
At present we have over $168,000 in outstanding clean claims for Wellcare Medicare and Wellcare Medicaid for which we have not been paid. I am hoping to speak with a member of your staff so that I can obtain assistance in getting answers as to why these claims are not being paid. Thank you. Lorri
