Lynn sent a message to Stephen Burke CEO, NBCUniversal, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Burke,
I am writing you with great concern over your upcoming season of The Celebrity Apprentice. I have watched every season on this show in the past but I will not be watching it in the future. If NBC found the behavior of Billy Bush so offensive that they did not feel he could co-host the third hour of the Today Show, how does NBC justify allowing the man who actually said the highly offensive things to financially benefit as the executive producer of the show. To say that the President of the United States should have more important things on his mind than reality television is to put it mildly. Poor choices made by both the network and the man.
I for one will never watch that show again as long as the President of the United States is involved in it and can financially benefit from it. Hopefully I am not alone in my feelings and the show will be unsuccessful for both the network and the executive producer.
Regretfully yours,
Lynn
