Dear Mr. Carlos Ghosn
I am writing this letter to request a corporate write off of an automobile loan from your company.
In 2010 I was approved for a loan on a 2010 Rogue automobile from your company, Nissan South located in Union City ,Georgia. Approximately six months later , my father was diagnosed with Prostate cancer in addition to heart and other conditions. My father served as a WW11 veteran to our country.
During the preceding years, his health continued to digress. In 2014 my company downsized and my job ended. I spent the next two years assisting my mother with the care of my father. I continued to make payments on the loan. A family member was in need and we worked out what I thought would be a win win situation. Unfortunately, it didn't work out and it was necessary to returned the car and it was sold at auction.
My father past away in May, 2016. I would like consideration for a corporate write off of the balance on the account of $11, 370. I am currently employed part-time and live with family. I want to be honorable in my financial affairs. I am open for options to clear this account.
