Dear Mr. Carmichael:
5th Third has held my home mortgage for several years now and I am refinancing my home loan since rates are so low. I am trying to make the process run smoothly by making sure I have a contact at 5th Third to make sure the payoff is received. Unfortunately, 5th Third customer service is telling me that there are no e-mail contacts to confirm the pay off. Can you help?
