I would like to have a conversation with you about our unfortunate experience with a home loan at the 5th3rd Bank in Clearwater, Florida. My wife and I are definitely not interested in any activity other than relating our difficulties to you since we have observed and been recipients of a significant departure from your stated ethical business practices. Our purpose is to make you aware of your employee behavior in our effort to secure a loan and the level of humiliation we experienced. We recognize that our financial loss was minimal compared to the average customer.
