Dear Mr. Carmichael, This email requires IMMEDIATE attention. Ive been struggling with your customer service department as well as an individual in the Mortgage Department and Im hoping to get some assistance. I am extremely upset as they servicing department inadvertently paid someone elses homeowners insurance out of my escrow last year. This error caused my escrow to be shortage over $ 2,000 and has increased my payment by almost $ 300 of which I cannot afford refuse to pay due to 5/3rds error. I was told several times not to worry (by your servicing department), they will put the money back in my account and re-analyze my escrow and fix my payment back to the normal increase that is inevitable these days. Ive been paying $ 1,300 a month and these funds have not yet been applied to my account and now my credit has been dinged and Im beyond upset at this time. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS.
