Dear Mr. Carmichael,
I have had some real serious problems with your Franklin, TN branch breaching my privacy of account information.
Your office has a file on it, please refer to it.
In the meantime I have asked for bank statements from two of my previous accounts ending in 4027 and 2676 as well as my last mortgage information. I am not and cant wait for the mail. These need to be send overnight or via fax, which I left Jennifer a fax number. I am about at my patience end with Fifth Third Bank. Please have this information send to me asap.
