Greetings,
I have a complain to lodge against maybe one of your Franchise at 34th Macys Building Manhattan Ny Ny yesterday myself and my friend went to make a purchase asking about the breakfast pancake meal without the sausage and asked if the eggs are being cooked on the same pan as the sausage was told yes.
Being Muslims we went ahead an ordered the pancake only was charged the same cost as the complete meal consists of the sausage and eggs, ok no problem. I think something like a coffee or juice should be given to compliment this/
But when served two serving and one set of condiments is beyond good service as we had to go back asking for the additional with attitude service is not done when she slapped the menu in front of us not good.
I can go on but it is in your department to handle this type of service.
They should be trained to be more professional and treat all consumers with respect.
Mc Donald should find a way to have service for those who do not eat meat and proper preparation of there food..
