Dear Mr. Chenault. I have been an Amex green cardholder for over 30 years. I obtained the blue card in December 2015. The last 5 digits of my blue Amex card are 1-1007. I obtained the blue card in order to get cash back while traveling which I have been doing for the last 3 months. I check my accounts on my Android tablet. From the start I cannot access my Home page at amercianexpress.com. The error message reads "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please come back and try again..." I can access my statement and activity but not my Home page.
I have been on the phone for hours and days with technical support and supervisors but no one is able or willing to fix the problem. Only someone in the "back room" knows what to do and they are never available to take my calls and the problem does not get fixed. There must be someone who will take my call and know how to fix the problem.
I am sorry to bother you with this problem but there is no one else I can turn to for help. I hope you can find someone with knowledge who will e-mail me with an appropriate telephone number so I can call and have the problem finally resolved .
