Michael sent a message to Marcelo Claure- the chief executive officer of Sprint Corporation- email address that said:
Dear mr Claure, I have been with Sprint since 1997 ,it seems that every time I call customer service I end up so mad because they just send you from one person to another, I called today to get a price comparison and had to talk to four different people until I got so mad that I hung up, I am thinking that I'm going to have to part ways with your company after all these years with Sprint because they don't seem to want to take care of there longtime customers, so I will start looking into a new carrier, I hope this message gets to you but I'm not sure if it will. Thank you for your time, Michael
