Russell sent a message to Michael L. Corbat CEO, Citigroup Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Corbat,
Greetings much to my dismay. I am forced to write you directly as nobody within your bank follows orders. Your Fairfax branch in Los Angeles ,California was told to stop the $12,000. Check as it was stolen then on October 27, 2016 another check was forged and cashed dated February 27th ,2016 some 8 months ago. Nobody ever questioned an eight month old check, you simply cashed it and stole my money again. I spent time at many of Citi Bank Branches , nothing was done to resolve this theft. And for the record this money was used to pay my many CITI BANK ACCOUNTS. Nobody paid any attention to the POLICE REPORT all 3 credit bureaus were put on notice of this.
Well seeing that you let a crook steal my money , NONE OF MY CITI BANK ACCOUNTS will be paid and maybe forced to file BANKRUPCY . Nobody from CITI does anything to resolve serious issues as this. I will seek LEGAL COUNSEL and pursue action against CITI an a Court of Law. I also will be forced to file Bankruptcy.
You have hereby been put on Legal Notice of this. I suggest you act quickly to resolve this. Please also see attachment of documents.
Sincerely,
Russell
