On January 16 I emailed an inquiry to Michael Marrero , manager at my citi branch in farmingdale ny reference my November wire. He refused to address it. On January 24 I forwarded the same inquiry to Mr. John Briseno at the executive unit and left him a few voice mails. He also refused to address my inquiry nor return my calls. I have been a loyal customer to Citi bank for close to 30 years. Is it the way Citi treats its long term customers.
