Dear Mr. Cornell,
Not more than an hour ago my wife ordered Christmas for one of our children, she had entered the wrong address for shipping. She had attempted to access her order via internet on three attempts and was unsuccessful, she called customer service and they were unable to help and well. All she needed to do was change the address, and no one is able to help. I can’t believe in this day and age that the order couldn’t be adjusted. This is an FYI, and this is the second year we’ve had issues with on-line Target orders. At this point we have chosen not to shop at Target from this point forward.
