Dear Mr. Cracchiolo,
I am in dispute with Ameriprise for my home insurance. I have hail damage from the EF2 tornado last year while insured with your company. I had a claim for that damage last year September 23, 2015. The adjuster said the damage would not meet my deductible of $984. Ameriprise cancelled my policy on May 16, 2016, because I disclosed my two-month-old puppy, a Doberman. Allstate will terminate at the end of this month due to the hail damage. I am seeking to have the shingles replaced on my roof. Please help me obtain the coverage that should have been applied at the time of my claim. Thank you. Deveron
