I am a long time customer for Home Depot. I am writing you because it seems like nobody can make a decision concerning a warranty repair that I filed. I filed a claim on May 16 and until now my washer that I bought from your store with Home depot extended warranty is not fixed yet. They have changed majority of the parts and still not fixed yet. For the main time it is taking most of our family time doing laundry somewhere else. Our washer cost us $520 plus. I have research the parts prices that they have replaced it cost more than $600 already and the machine is still broke and possible more parts to be change.

The cost of the repair already outweighs the price. My extended warranty still good until 11/2017. I have resulted to writing you so maybe you can help me out.
