i did received email from Jack Barbaria Executive Escalations on monday 25 and he left me his direct phone number i tried to call him but his phone line set 24 hours to the answer machine i did fallow and i send what he asked me to send through my paypal account , i did received this morning email said :

Because of this issue, your account has been permanently limited. We understand this may be frustrating and inconvenient but you'll still be able to see your transaction history for a limited time.

i am really frustrate it about all this i asked for your help , i dont understand what i did to deny me like that i send all the proof they asked me for it and i inform them if they need any thing i am more than happy to provide it to them , would you please tell me what's the issue ?
