Dear Mr. Davis, I am US Bank customer.very hurth and damaged with a dirty bussines that your bank doing. Desperately trying to solve the problem, I am totally blocked. Over "dead body of Tiffany Fisher"I can get to resolved the problem. I never asked for dispute of the money that was already paid to Hertz rent a car. That was an issue for double charges and pending amount that your bank kept for 8 days, blocking me to have that, my money, to pay my car which was reposest because of that. I strictly asked for pending money to be relised. Till today no results. Tiffany Fisher ordered to everyone, not to give me to talk with somebody else. I am your customer. I lost my personal car, I lost MY job with Lyft, that I was waiting for ,for 4 months. I am ending up on the street. Tiffany Fisher is just waste of time,she shouldn't be only one in the company. Your employees are very rude, very unprofessional. They hurting your customers even insulting them on the phone, telling that they don't understand any word that I was telling , From top of the tung laughed at me Is that a service that your bank giving to your customers ???? I am asking for an investigation. Until today money is not sent to Hertz. Money was debited from my account on October 28. I lost my car that I owe over $8000, and most important I lost my job. I am ending up on the street. I am 69 years old. Being threaten with your employees. I have all evidence and names. Please contact me immediately! DO I NEED TO HAVE AN HART ATTACK ; BECAUSE OF DIRTY JOB THAT US BANK PRACTICES???? PLEASE RESPOND IMMEDIATELY!
