Dear mr. Dolan,

I have a loyal customer of cable vision since the beginning. I have had your television serve since the start and within the last two years I have the 3 in one package at home and upstate which I use upstate only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The service I am having a problem with is upstate. I shut the tv service down Labor Day but I keep the phone and internet for $10.00 a month during the months I am not there and turn the system on Memorial Day. I call from my cell and optimum walks me through turning the phone on, then the internet and finally my tv,s. I call them on my cell during this process. At home I keep your service on all year and I pay about $200.00 a month for your service. I need to speak with you to correct my problem . I have spend many hour trying to solve my problem...but most of your people do not know the answer...they say they will call me back and don,t..I keep asking for a supervisor and when I do get on..they say they will call me back and don,t.....there was only one named Angie who did try to help and did call me backup...she said she was going to have her main supervisor call me and to date.....no cal...no response. Before I cancel my service with your company....I would like to see if we can solve this issue.  I have also called you today trying to explain my situation. Hopefully I will hear from you by Monday to solve this issue once and foralll. Thank you...evelyn
