Dear Mr Dufour,
I wish to bring to your attention what I think is exteremly poor service. Firstly I am58 years old and have a Rolex of one model or another since I was 16. My most recent purchase in 2000 is a 18ct day/date with Presidential bracelet. This watch has been nothing but trouble being in for repairs 4 times in this period the last 2 times have been for the same issue namely the self winding rotor has come loose the watch was last serviced in November 13 for which I paid for a full service at a cost of £650 and now less than 3 years later it is now in to be repaired and another full service for which I am again being charged another £650 I think this is a terrible way to treat a long term loyal client and am sure you would agree. The watch in question is now at the Rolex repair center in the UK it is
