Arlene Robbins sent a message to Jean-Marc Duvoisin-CEO of Nespresso-email address that said:

Dear Mr. Duvoisin,

I have been a Nespresso member since 2014. I have always loved your coffee.

I work for Yeshiva University and being that your coffee is "kosher" - it is the perfect coffee for us.

On October 26, I placed an order, which included EXPLORATIONS 2: ETHIOPIA COLOMBIA and several other coffees. It was delivered on October 31, however, your shipping courier delivered it to the wrong address/wrong person and we never received it.

Nespresso resent me my order, however, EXPLORATIONS 2: ETHIOPIA COLOMBIA was not included because it was "out of stock". The main reason I had placed this order was to receive this special coffee.

I spoke to Eric, a manager, I believe, in New York and he apologized, but the apology is not good enough. I love Explorations and not to have received a replacement is totally "not fair".

I am asking you to check all your suppliers and resend me this coffee. Your shipping courier is at fault for not delivering it correctly and now I have to deal with the possibility of not being able to drink this special coffee.

Please put yourself in my shoes and understand how you would feel, if something you ordered in a timely fashion was not delivered correctly and you were not able to get it.

Please help me resolve this.
