Victoria sent a message to Anthony F. Earley, Jr. – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PGE Corporation – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Earley,
I just thought you'd like to know that a very hard working low income family will be having my power turned off tomorrow due to an outstanding balance. I got laid off in August of last year and have been struggling to keep up with the demands of a family of 7. My Job I have now pays half of my old wages. I got my power turned off in June and had to borrow money to get it back on, then your company charged me 600.00 because of the turn off. I am doing my best to keep up but recently have failed. I begged for more time, I begged for different arrangements and no one will help me. My bill is due tomorrow in the amount of 643.00 and I have 23.00 in my account. So now not only do my kids get to start school on Wednesday with no new school clothes, they also will not have any power to get ready in the morning. I hope you and all your employees feel good about yourselves every morning. I'm sure nobody will even take the time to look at this email.
Sincerely,
Victoria a very disappointed sad customer.
