George sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonald’s – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Easterbrook,
As a long time customer and stock holder of McDonalds I must inform you of an incident that took place this morning, July 20, about 5:00 am at your store located at 1325 Riverside Pkwy, Belcamp, Md. 21017. My wife and I were driving to our daughters house to babysit the grandchildren for the day. I approached the counter and asked for four hamburgers, the young lady waiting on me said they were on the breakfast menu, thus no hamburgers. Without saying another word, I left the counter area to go outside to ask my wife what she wanted from the breakfast menu. As I was leaving I heard a lady yell in a sarcastic tone, "have a nice day, or not," then she said "asshole". I couldn't believe what I heard. I returned to the counter and found out the persons name was Danielle. I had no interaction with her at any time. I never said anything to her what so ever. Needless to say I was shocked at this type of behavior. McDonald's just lost a long time customer this morning, I refuse to patronize any restaurant that hires employees such as Danielle.
