Steve Lucke sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonalds email address that said:

Dear Mr. Easterbrook,
Please accept this e-mail as a letter of support recognition of one of your employees Im just a regular McDonalds customer, but I need to write this messege to you. I know that theres a site for this, but this observation is exceptional. Ive been a customer of McDonalds for 50 years. In that time, I have visited 100s of different sites. But, I have never experienced an employee like I have regularly at Dubuque Restaurant #8198. The employees name is Dave. This young gentleman is the image of what restaurant service should be. His caring voice personality is so awsome...I acually find myself going to "his" McDonalds, just to have him wait on me. If you ever do a visit, or anything like "Undercover Boss", this would be the guy you would promote to manager, at the end of the show. Dave sells McDonalds! He has a personality that is rare in the restaurant business. He really needs to be doing more within your company. I have no idea who Dave is...but I can tell you he takes his job personally, to heart, and needs to be recognized for it. You would miss an opportunity, if you dont connect with him, even by letter or phone. If you need more info, please e-mail me. Like I said, I dont know Dave, but he the image of what should be behind the counter of McDonalds. Please consider acting on the request, you wont be disappointed.
